1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of gladiussports.com (the “website”), operated by Gladius Sports Equipments, a brand of Terrain Play Sports LLC, Shop 42, Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid St, Al Jerf Industrial Area 1, Ajman, UAE. 2. Product information
We work hard to keep product descriptions, dimensions and specifications accurate. However:
- photos, renders and drawings are for illustration, and colour, finish and appearance may vary;
- products and catalogue information may change without notice;
- terms such as “FIBA-size” describe dimensions, not an official certification, unless a certificate is supplied with your order.
Please confirm the exact model, dimensions and installation method with our team before ordering.
3. Quotations and orders
A request sent through the website is an enquiry only. It does not create a contract. Prices, lead times and scope (supply, installation, civil works) are confirmed only in a written quotation, and every order is subject to that quotation and our terms of sale.
4. Installation and site conditions
- In-ground and wall-mounted systems need a suitable base or wall. Site conditions, access and any civil works are confirmed in the quotation.
- Equipment must be used, inspected and maintained as advised by our team. Portable systems must be ballasted or braked as instructed before use.
5. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, including by uploading harmful files, sending spam, attempting to access it without permission, or copying its content in bulk.
6. Intellectual property
The Gladius name and logo, website design, text, product photos, catalogue and drawings on this website belong to Gladius / Terrain Play or its licensors. You may view and download them for evaluating our products, but not reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Liability for products supplied is governed by the quotation and terms of sale for that order.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
